Reconnect with nature and deepen your self-knowledge in weekend workshops. Introductory level workshops that emphasize self-awareness and self-healing are open to anyone who has a sincere desire to empower themselves though earth-based wisdom. Take one workshop as way to reconnect with yourself, or sign up for the whole series to gain a solid base in the healing potential of nature. An advanced energetic healing and soul retrieval training is offered for those who have a deeper commitment to healing others (see Trainings).

Plant Spirit Medicine Workshop

Join us for a day of exploration and healing through Plant Spirit Medicine. Plant Spirit Medicine is an integrated approach to healing with its roots in Shamanism. Through it we are able to access the healing power of nature to restore our inner balance and our connection to the natural world. This is a workshop for all who wish to explore working energetically with plants. We will visit a number of wild plants in the field, as well as ‘journey’ to learn directly from the spirits of these plants.
Meeting Your Power Animal

Meeting Your Power Animal focuses on connecting with your Animal Totem through the Shamanic Journey and the creation of a Power Animal Shield.We will begin the morning session by focusing on the Medicine Wheel as a microcosm of our life’s journey, exploring it gifts and challenges. As we commune with the powers of each direction we receive reflections of who we are and where we are going.
The focus of the afternoon session will be to connect with the instinctive wisdom of our animal totems. Participants will be guided on a shamanic journey to meet their power animal. We will then create a power animal shield. In doing so we establish our relationship with our totem and are open to receiving their help.

This 6 hour workshop will provide students and practitioners with basic skills for using toning, sounding and singing as a healing tool.
Trisha Pope is a sound-healer, choir conductor, professional singer, composer and intuitive. She has been leading choirs and sound-healing workshops in Montreal and the Eastern townships for 16 years. She teaches at Institute NHC in Montreal. For more information www.trishapope.com.
